Golf Glide LLC offers free freight shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not included in the free shipping offer — please contact us for a quote.
Most orders ship within 6–8 business days and arrive within 7–11 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Freight deliveries are curbside — the carrier will bring the unit to the curb or end of your driveway. Inside delivery and white-glove service are available for an additional fee; contact us to arrange.
Inspect the packaging carefully upon delivery before signing. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
Inspect you golf cart carefully before the freight driver leaves. If any damage is visible, write “damaged” on the delivery receipt and take photos immediately. Contact us at sales@golfglidellc.com within 48 hours with your photos and order number and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
